Hagler & Associates is a marketing and sales firm that was founded in 2010. Since opening our doors, we have had the opportunity to help expand to a variety of locations such as Covington, KY; Baltimore, MD; and Northeast Ohio. We represent a wide range of clients ranging from home entertainment to wireless communications to renewable energy within local retail venues.
Our decade long retail partnerships allow our organization to manage our clients' marketing and sales efforts while providing a personal touch to consumer relations. What makes Hagler & Associates unique is having retail partnerships to allow our team members to utilize face to face interaction without doing the traditional door to door or business to business.

Ahmad Hagler started in 2009 in Cleveland, OH in the entry level role of account representative. He spent the next 12 months learning the basic fundamentals in marketing, sales, customer service, and account management. Ahmad learned the product knowledge of our clients to effectively run the events and promotions in the retail locations. Once mastering the fundamentals, he spent an extra three months learning how to run an office effectively and various management techniques.
Ahmad expanded the company into the Cincinnati, OH in August of 2010. During 2010, Ahmad learned a lot about developing and managing teams. Over the next year, Ahmad expanded his expertise into human resources, recruiting, interviewing, team development, payroll management and professional mentoring. Hagler & Associates began to see growth into other cities near Cincinnati.
Fall of 2011, Ahmad brought his company back to Cleveland where he started. Hagler & Associates was starting to expand statewide and a little more into the North East United States. Hagler & Associates became more consistent in generating revenue for their home entertainment clients as well as utilizing management strategies for a more efficient work environment. Ahmad took home to the Consistency Manager of the Year award from Puerto Rico. Throughout the next two years in Cleveland, Ahmad would expand and divide the Cleveland market into two territories.
In 2013, Hagler & Associates expanded their location from Cleveland, OH to Columbia, MD. Hagler & Associates started working with several more retail partners. Through the expansion, the Hagler & Associates team learned new direct sales and marketing techniques to succeed in a newer territory. Ahmad and other members of management traveled to Montego Bay, Jamaica and took home the award for President’s Club.
Hagler & Associates expanded into eight additional territories outside of the Columbia, MD area. It was a year of expansion with the administrative team almost doubling in size as well. The management team traveled to the Hard Rock Casino & Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Ahmad Hagler took home the award for Manager of the Year and the Talent Acquisitions Specialist Lindsey took home the award for National Administrator of the Year. In the fourth quarter, Hagler & Associates started test marketing for new clients in the wireless communications and home entertainment industries as well as gained another additional retail partner.
Ahmad and the management team traveled to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas and earned the award for Manager of the Year again. Due to all the previous years of expansions and consistent success in these other markets, Ahmad was able to advance his role into a Regional Consultant position. Our home entertainment client awarded Ahmad a trip to attend the Super Bowl in Phoenix, AZ for all the consistent hard work and goals achieved.
Due to the consistent success of representing companies in the home entertainment industries and test market launches, Hagler & Associates gained a new client to represent in the renewable energy industry. Gaining this new client allowed for Hagler & Associates to widen their reach of people they can help in their markets and their home needs. Once again Ahmad was awarded a trip to the Superbowl in Santa Clara, CA for another great year of client representation. Ahmad also got the chance to see the Cleveland Indians play in the World Series which was a dream come true being a Cleveland native.
Hagler & Associates secured contractors with an additional company in the renewable energy industry further allowing the company to offer a variety of services to the local communities of their territories in the Northeastern United States. Ahmad Hagler spent much of the year learning how to meet the needs of many clients, the basic fundamentals of their services and continually hitting their revenue goals.
Hagler & Associates brought their headquarters office from Columbia, MD to Covington, KY. Due to the consistency Hagler & Associates had shown with their home entertainment and renewable energy clients, they gained additional clients to represent in the wireless communications industry.
The company expanded in additional three locations in Ohio & Pennsylvania.

Hagler & Associates team members quarterly give back to their local Goodwill Industries. Providing various home and personal items allow for team members to give back to the local community members that may be in need of such items.
Hagler & Associates spends time periodically feeding the less fortunate at Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen. We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to have a hot meal daily and feel it is humbling to be able to help those locally receive a hot meal.
House of Change is a Behavioral Health Center that helps local community members to get back on their feet coming from a variety of situations. Hagler & Associates has spent time here donating various canned goods to individuals.
The Ronald McDonald House is a great nationwide charity that strives to keep families together while their children are going through various illnesses. The Ronald McDonald House provides different resources and housing to the families. Hagler & Associates has organized various breakfasts for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
Hagler & Associates helped organize within the warehouse for families who aren't as fortunate to buy their own materials necessary for their homes (furniture, dishes, towels, books, etc) or even clothes (casual and business). One thing they preach here is restoring dignity to these families and that can first be done by providing people with a dresser. They start with giving them a dresser because that allows them to physically get off the floor (everything is done on the floor-sleeping, eating, etc) so that they can feel like a human being again.
Mary Rose Missions is another local organization that provides hot meals to local community members that may not be fortunate enough to always have one. Hagler & Associates has volunteered for various shifts to help feed local community members.
Hagler & Associates bought traditional Thanksgiving food and stuffed Thanksgiving baskets for less fortunate families (2 different families) so they could cook their own families Thanksgiving dinner. We also "adopted" a family during Christmas by buying gifts for each member of the family (in this case we bought gifts for a grandmother and her 5 grandchildren). We delivered the baskets to each of the families as well as the toys to the family we adopted.
Crayons to Computers is an organization that focuses on the local youth and providing them with different resources to help them academically and educationally. Hagler & Associates has spent time organizing their supplies to help with the process of getting different tools to the children.
Autism Speaks is a national organization that promotes various solutions and resources to all individuals falling on the spectrum through advocacy and support. Hagler & Associates has had individuals sit on the board of Autism Speaks to help organize local walks, raised money by participating in the walks, and attending various panels to speak on the Autism Speaks organization.
High Achievers is an organization dedicated to helping minority children locally who may be falling behind academically. Hagler & Associates has spent time reading and doing math problems with the children.
